Young Law Group, LLLC and Korean legal firm, Jung & Kyul (Korean name 정앤결) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”).
Summary of MOU:
Under the MOU, Young Law Group, LLLC and Jung & Kyul have agreed to collaborate in the resolution of legal disputes in Korea arising under U.S. law and U.S. domestic legal issues arising under Korean law.
